ViralGen is an internal content intelligence platform that provides tools for discovering viral content, generating AI-powered images and videos, scheduling posts, and managing a full short-form content pipeline.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ViralGen to generate, distribute, or publish content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish through the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
ViralGen and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ViralGen and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you generate through the platform belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers.
6. Credits and Billing
Certain features require credits. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit costs with reasonable notice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
ViralGen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from use of the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of ViralGen after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
