Troubleshooting common issues
Most issues have a quick fix. Find what you're seeing below and follow the matching step. If you're still stuck, the in-app Support chat reaches a real person.
“Confirm your email first” or you can't sign in
Enter the 8-digit code we emailed when you signed up (check spam). Use Forgot password to reset. If a security check won't load, disable ad-block for the page and refresh.
“No videos ready for generation”
Approve an avatar image in Image Review first; videos appear in Generate afterward.
Videos stuck waiting for a slot
The system runs a limited number of videos at once. Keep the tab open; queued videos start automatically as slots free up.
“No speech was detected” when adding captions
The clip has no spoken audio to transcribe. Add a voice-over first, or use a clip that contains speech.
A photo or upload is too large
Use a smaller file. Creator photos should be under about 4 MB; other uploads show their own size limit at the point of upload.
“Add voice” appears, or the voice won't apply
Set up the creator's voice in Settings → Creator Voices and wait until it's ready.
The iPhone Shortcut isn't working
Make sure it's enabled on your account, your creator key is pasted correctly, and the URL starts with www. If you revoked a key, generate a new one and update the Shortcut.
“Slow down a moment” or “too many attempts”
You've hit a temporary rate limit. Wait a minute and try again.
Not enough credits
Buy a top-up from Settings → Billing (you need an active plan).
Google Drive won't connect
In Settings → Google Drive, finish connecting your Google account, then use the Upload options.
