How the ViralGen workflow works

Your content moves through a simple pipeline: Discover → Images → Generate → Audit → Schedule → Deliver. Videos mode makes reels and uses the full pipeline; Carousels mode makes photo posts and uses a shorter path (Discover → Images → Schedule → Deliver). You can move between steps using the sidebar at any time.

1. Discover

Browse trending reels and carousels in your niche, ranked by how well they perform relative to the account's following. Filter by the creators you monitor (Inspired), our recommendations, or both. You can also add your own source: paste a reel or video URL, or upload a video file. Send anything you like into your pipeline.

2. Add your creators (personas)

A creator is the face and identity applied to your generated clips. Add a creator with a reference photo (real or AI-generated). You can also set up a cloned voice in Settings → Creator Voices.

3. Image Review

ViralGen generates avatar stills for your creator. Approve the one you want before making a video.

4. Generate

Choose a video generator and quality level, trim the clip to the moment you want, and review or edit the auto-suggested prompt. Click Generate; you can start several at once. The system runs a limited number of videos at a time, so some may wait for a slot. Keep the tab open and they'll start automatically as slots free up. When a video is ready, it appears under Done, where you can preview it.

5. Add a voice-over and captions (the Process step)

From a finished video, choose Process to add a voice-over and/or captions. This creates a processed copy; your original stays intact. A voice dub uses your creator's cloned voice: the delivery and timing stay the same, only the voice identity changes, and undoing a dub is free. Captions let you pick the language (Auto, English, or Greek), font, style (plain or word-by-word highlight), position, size, color, and uppercase, with a live preview before you commit. Greek captions are fully supported; one font (Geist) has no Greek letters, so Greek captions automatically use Inter. Pick any other font if you want a single typeface throughout.

6. Audit and safety

Send finished videos to Audit to review them before scheduling. You can run an Instagram-policy check on a clip to see whether it looks safe to post.

7. Schedule

Open Schedule to see a weekly calendar and a pool of your approved, not-yet-scheduled content. Add posts to specific days, or use mass-schedule to spread several posts per day across the week. Scheduling organizes your calendar; it does not post automatically.

8. Deliver and publish

Google Drive: connect your own Google Drive and export your scheduled or posted reels into an organized folder tree; the app guides you through connecting. iPhone Shortcut (optional): a one-tap shortcut that downloads your next scheduled reel and opens Instagram so you can post it. Manual: you can also download any clip and post it wherever you like.
