How the ViralGen pipeline works
ViralGen runs five sequential stages: Discover, Image, Video, Audit, Schedule. Each stage is bounded, charged at a fixed credit cost, and observable from the dashboard. You move work forward by approving — never by writing prompts.
1. Discovery
We scrape linked Instagram and TikTok accounts (or a seeded trending pool) and score every post by views ÷ followers, capped against black-swan outliers. The scoring runs once per Run Discovery click and credits exactly one discovery unit. Results land in the Discover page within 1–3 minutes.
2. Image
Pick a hook image and a creator persona. Qwen Edit composes the still on-brand and locks the face. Three credits per image; the result lands on the Image Review page within 30 seconds.
3. Video
Approved stills are sent to a video engine (WAN, Seedance, or Kling — auto-routed by quality and plan tier). Six credits per second at standard quality, 2.5× for Pro/1080p. Most clips finish in 4–9 minutes.
4. Audit
Every clip passes a 5-check safety audit before delivery: watermark detection, C2PA metadata strip, SynthID signature scrub, manual review queue, and a 1% film grain pass to soften the residual tells. 99.4% pass on the first try.
5. Schedule
Approved clips land in the Schedule. Drag to a day or use Auto-build to fill a week. Drive export pushes finished MP4s to a folder structure that mirrors the calendar. The iOS Shortcut hands you the next due reel with one tap.
What took a week now takes a few minutes.
