Is there a free trial or free plan?
No. Generating content requires an active plan or a credit balance. You can subscribe to Starter, Professional, or Agency.
What are credits?
Credits are what actions cost. For example, generating a video uses credits per second of output; images, discovery runs, policy checks, and voice features also use credits. Your plan includes a starting credit balance, and you can top up anytime.
Does ViralGen post to social media automatically?
No. ViralGen prepares and schedules your content; you publish it. The optional iPhone Shortcut posts to Instagram one tap at a time, and you can download any clip to post elsewhere.
Which platforms can I make content for?
ViralGen creates vertical short-form videos you can post anywhere. The built-in one-tap Shortcut posts to Instagram; for other platforms, download the file and upload it yourself. You can also connect Instagram and TikTok for channel analytics.
Do you support Greek captions?
Yes. In the Process step, choose Greek (or Auto). Captions can be styled and previewed before you apply them.
How long does a reel take to generate?
Typically a few minutes from approval, depending on the generator you choose.
Can I use my own AI provider keys?
Yes, on the Agency plan (bring your own key). You add your keys in Settings.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings → Billing and cancel. Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my account or data?
Reach out through the in-app Support or the contact form on our website and we'll take care of it. There isn't a self-service delete button yet.
Can I add teammates?
Team seats are available on the Agency plan.
