Scheduling and the Drive export
The Schedule is the bridge between approved clips and the publish step. Every scheduled slot is a scheduled_posts row with a scheduled_at timestamp; the iOS Shortcut and Drive export both read off the same table.
Week view
Drag a clip from the pool onto a day to schedule it. Posts you have already published appear with a posted marker; future-scheduled slots stay live until their time passes.
Auto-build
Click Auto-build for a week and ViralGen fills the open slots from your approved pool in optimal posting order (mix of creators, no two same-niche posts back-to-back). Credit cost: zero.
Drive export
On Professional and Agency, every scheduled post mirrors to a Google Drive folder structure: /ViralGen/<week>/<creator>/<scheduled-date>.mp4. The export runs incrementally; only new approvals show up on the next sync.
iOS Shortcut
The shortcut hits /api/shortcuts/next-reel and gets a 302 to the next due reel's MP4. After download it marks the slot posted, so the next tap advances. Set the model parameter to ALL_MODELS for any creator or to a creator name to lock the shortcut to that one.
What took a week now takes a few minutes.
Finding the reel, making it, cleaning it, scheduling it. That used to be days of work across four tools and few employees. Now you open the app, approve, and a month of content delivers itself. In few minutes.
